Cash back
Post about HeyCaption and get 50% back.
Buy HeyCaption, post a video you captioned with it, and send us the link. If enough people see it, we refund half of what you paid. If it takes off, we refund all of it.
- 01
Caption a video
Caption any clip with HeyCaption: a Reel, a Short, a podcast moment. Or record your screen while it captions a video in one click. Ten seconds is enough.
- 02
Post it
Post it on Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X or Threads from your own account. Say the captions are from HeyCaption and add #heycaption so we can find it.
- 03
Send the link
Once the post passes a line below, email support@heycaption.com with the link, a screenshot of the view count and the email you bought with. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments.
How many views it takes
For Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
50%back
Half of what you paid.
100%back
Everything you paid.
On X and Threads, the numbers are higher
X and Threads count a view every time a post shows up in a feed, so a post there needs more of them.
- 10,000
- views for 50%
- 50,000
- views for 100%
The rules
- 1Views have to be real. No bought views, bots or paid promotion.
- 2Post as often as you like, but one post has to pass the line on its own.
- 3One cash-back refund per purchase.
- 4You keep your license after the refund.
- 5A person checks every claim, and that decision is final. The offer can change, but a claim already sent is honoured.
- 6The video stays yours. We may share it with credit unless you ask us not to.
This is separate from our 7-day refund policy, which needs no post at all.
